Young Executive Management Program
Today, modern companies seek to hire professionals capable of leading, planning, managing, promoting, negotiating, training and organizing all the economic activities that drive them to success.
For that, we designed the Young Executive Management Program, made up of two independent modules Young Executive Program (Entrepreneurship) and Young Leadership Program (Leadership), in order to respond to this market imperative.
We invite you to participate in both modules to obtain a third certification, which will be earned by developing a project of your choice. To do this, you will have the supervision of a member of our faculty who will guide you through the process.

Faculty
Professor of Marketing in the Master Programs of INCAE Business School. He has extensive teaching experience in Latin America and the United States. He has taught at more than 200 seminars, workshops, conferences in the United States, Central and South America.
He completed his doctoral studies in Complexity Management at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, England and the University of Valladolid, Spain, graduated Summa Cum Laude, for his work in Strategy Execution and Operationalization. He has been a consultant for the World Bank, founder and member of the boards of directors of several companies, advisor to the Industrial Reconversion Program of Costa Rica in the leather and footwear, textiles, clothing, food and plastics sectors.
Associate Professor of Management and Organizations at INCAE Business School. She is the director of the Strachan Chair of Philanthropy and Social Investment. His research explores the role of companies in promoting sustainable development in the countries where they operate, particularly through their corporate social responsibility strategies and the delivery of products and services to low-income populations.

Young Executives Program in Operations Management
It's a program 100% online, intended for you to develop concepts, methodologies and practices that will help you improve your skills to work in the operational area of a company, in a practical course in which you can make use of a business simulator.

Associate Dean and Faculty of INCAE Business School. He earned a PhD in Environmental Resource Economics and a Master of Agricultural Science with an emphasis in Economics, both from the University of Hohenheim, Germany. Prior to joining INCAE, he was in charge of the economic project within a national macro project in Germany called precision agriculture. He also taught graduate-level classes at the University of Hohenheim and was a visiting professor at the University of Minnesota.
He is a graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico, where he obtained his degree as Electrical Engineer, is a member of the Alpha Pi Mu Industrial Engineering Honor Society. At INCAE he teaches classes in the area of Operations, thus he also served as researcher, instructor and Associate Dean of master's programs. He has written more than 80 case studies and technical notes on energy management, operations management, service management, operational improvement, and operations strategy.
