Contextual Study Program (PEC)

During your studies at INCAE Business School, as a student of INCAE @ SIM, you will attend INCAE MBA classes with all regular students and their successful case study method. You also participate in a “Contextual Study Program” (PEC) with a group of 2 to 4 students. During the CSP you will learn how to decide sustainable strategies in a world of globally oriented social, environmental and economic challenges. The PEC follows a practice-based learning approach and includes training and mentoring, practical discussions with professors and subject matter experts, company excursions, an introduction to scientific work in preparation for the master's thesis at SIM-HSG, college life, consulting practice, and community building.

International environment

The INCAE @ SIM double degree is a four-semester (2-year) program. Due to its international focus, the language of instruction and testing is English. Upon successful completion, the select group of international students graduates with a Master of Business Administration from INCAE and a Master of Arts HSG in Strategy and International Management. The Master of Arts (MA) is a degree offered by many universities, such as Harvard University or MIT. Candidates begin this research-based program each year in August.
