What is LEADS Academy for Women?
It is a platform of the Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership of INCAE Business School that offers Latin American businesswomen tools and knowledge to improve their business strategy, with the aim of growing their companies, generating employment and contributing to the socioeconomic conditions of their countries.
Why LEADS Academy for Women - Banco Industrial 2023?
This is the second edition of the program that is carried out in partnership with Corporación Banco Industrial and thanks to which 40 women entrepreneurs from Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua will receive scholarships to provide them with tools and knowledge with which that they can perfect their business strategy.
This robust, multi-phase training program consists of training, mentoring to make and implement an acceleration plan, networking with women entrepreneurs at the regional level, and provides training in strategic skills.
To apply for one of the 40 scholarships in this program, you must complete and submit the registration form that you find on this site, before April 30, 2023. The selected candidates will be announced on May 20, 2023.
