You will gain the knowledge and guidance to develop and design an impactful nonprofit project, as well as manage teams and organizations for a more challenging environment.
In addition, lectures, case analysis and discussions, group work and simulations will be included.
Teaching Methodology
Case method, developed by Harvard University and used as the main teaching methodology by INCAE Business School since its foundation, allows participants to reason about a specific problem, analyze it and make the best decision based on specific situations drawn from the world. real.
