In such a changing environment, leaders are required to empower themselves, be agents of change and know how to face the challenges of the future. That is why the Young Emerging Leaders of Civil Society program aims to provide you with all the necessary tools to achieve these goals.

You will gain the knowledge and guidance to develop and design an impactful nonprofit project, as well as manage teams and organizations for a more challenging environment.

In addition, lectures, case analysis and discussions, group work and simulations will be included.

    Teaching Methodology

    Case method, developed by Harvard University and used as the main teaching methodology by INCAE Business School since its foundation, allows participants to reason about a specific problem, analyze it and make the best decision based on specific situations drawn from the world. real. Its purpose is to sharpen and streamline the ability to make optimal decisions in a changing environment.

    REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:

    • Complete online application
    • Maximum age 30 years
    • Active College Student Certification (Completing Undergraduate) or College Degree
    • Undergraduate transcript

    September 22, 2022, the participant must take and pass an exam to pass to modules II and III of the program.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMITTED TO MODULES II AND III:

    • Have passed the exam at the end of module I
    • Project proposal with impact initiative, deadline September 22, 2022
    • Essay (500 words), deadline September 22, 2022
    • Sign participation commitment document
    • Present university or employer permission to participate in modules II and III
    • Compulsory attendance at all sessions

    Module II - Virtual: From November 08 to December 02, 2022

He has a Ph.D. in business strategy from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. He has an MBA with high distinction from INCAE and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (Cum Laude) from the American University.
