Managing efficiently in a time of rapid change, characterized by uncertainty and complexity, presents great challenges for companies and demands acquiring new knowledge and developing new skills. This is particularly true in the context of the post-pandemic recovery.
INCAE Business School, in collaboration with Babson College, ESMT and NUS, world-leading schools, participate in this program with the aim of offering a training experience that is up to the challenges faced by organizations seeking to grow their businesses today. , taking advantage of the opportunities offered by new technologies and globalization.
This renewed program offers four certifications from each of the participating schools. In addition, the SEP is developed in four modules. The first of them will take place in June 2023 and will take place at the European School of Management and Technology ESMT in Berlin, Germany. There, the German business model will be deepened and culture will be understood as a key success factor in organizations. The second module will take place in August, at Babson's facilities in Boston (Massachusetts, USA), where one of the most important innovation ecosystems in the world will be analyzed. In September, the third module will be taught at the National University of Singapore NUS in Singapore, where it will delve into the way of doing business in Asia and the success of Singapore as an ecosystem of innovation and high technology, which has included sustainability as a fundamental axis. .
