"In the SEP I perfected the ability to manage the young talent that I wanted for my business and the skills to know how to identify it. I internalized the need to create a company culture that is nurtured by taking advantage of the gap between dynamic rates of change and profitability I also acquired the management of modern methodologies that I had already heard, but did not have at hand, such as Design Thinking, which increases the ability to solve problems in an agile way, which is what many of us are looking for in these times ".
