Methodology
- 7 weeks of study plus one week of orientation and content in Spanish.
- Weekly learning plan and objectives.
- Learning and content in various media and formats: videos by teachers and experts, podcasts and interactive resources to illustrate the topics studied.
- Interactive support from a course tutor.
- Clear instructions, tasks and activities.
- Discussions focused on the development of personal goals for improvement.
- Learning through the use of two simulators: one integrative of change and the other focused on the application of the knowledge of the adaptive leadership framework to solve complex problems.
- Development of a Personal Plan for the participant to find their own path and leadership model.
