Pedro Raventos

Full Professor at INCAE Business School, where he teaches Industrial Organization, eBusiness and International Finance. He holds a master's degree and a doctorate from Harvard University.

Arnoldo Rodriguez

Associate Professor at INCAE Business School, where he teaches in the areas of Financial Accounting, Management Accounting and Control. He earned his doctorate from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Likewise, he is a graduate of the INCAE MBA. Professor Rodríguez is the Director of the Master's program in Analytics, Innovation and Technology (MAIT) at INCAE.

Carlos Rodriguez

Associate Professor at INCAE Business School. He specializes in strategy and organizational design in his roles as researcher, educator and consultant. He obtained his doctorate from McGill University, Canada, in addition, he has an MBA from INCAE where he graduated with distinction, and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Costa Rica.

Miguel Sarrion

Associate Dean of Executive Education and professor of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at INCAE. He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Complutense University, an MBA from IE Business School in Spain and a Doctor (PhD) in Human Resources from Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow, United Kingdom. Before turning to academia, he developed his career as a people management consultant, trainer and executive coach for more than 15 years, first at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) and then at PeopleMatters, advising multinationals from various sectors (technology , energy, pharmacy, industry, banking, tourism) in Europe and Latin America, in strategic people management, leadership, talent management, organizational change, design of human resources processes, and supporting the implementation through training and facilitation of teams managers. After completing his doctorate, Miguel was a professor in the area of ​​Human Resources at the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India (IIMA) where he designed and delivered face-to-face and online programs on human resource management to graduate students and executives. Additionally, he researches and publishes on organizational, engagement, and people management climates in emerging economy contexts.

As an academic, he has been a member of the Faculty of Northwestern University and INCAE, where he also served as Dean and as director of INCAE's Latin American Center for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development (CLACDS). 

Roy Gerardo Zuniga

Full Professor at INCAE Business School. He completed his doctoral studies in Complexity Management at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, England and the University of Valladolid, Spain, graduated Summa Cum Laude, for his work on Strategy Execution and Operationalization. He has a Master of Philosophy in Strategic Simulation and Organizational Learning from Manchester School of Management. He holds a Master of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and Environmental Management from the University of Oregon, USA. He obtained an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a Postgraduate Degree in Functional Administration from INCAE, where he graduated with High Distinction.
