Jose Exprúa

Emeritus professor José Exprúa taught Marketing courses in INCAE Business School's Master's Programs. He has accumulated more than fifteen years of teaching experience in Latin America and the United States. He has lectured at more than 200 seminars, workshops, and conferences in the United States, Central, and South America. Previously, he held administrative positions within INCAE such as Secretary General, Director of Masters and Dean.

John C Ickis

John C. Ickis (MBA, DBA Harvard University) is Emeritus Professor of Organization and Strategy at INCAE Business School. He is co-author of the book The Octagon: a Model to Align CSR with Strategy among others, and from articles in World Development and The Harvard Business Review. 

Jose Nicolas Marin

Nicolás Marín, emeritus professor at INCAE, specializes in the areas of banking, finance, international business and business strategy. He has been a consultant and director of industrial, banking and financial companies in the United States and Latin America.

Eduardo Luis Montiel

Dr. Montiel is an emeritus professor at INCAE. He earned his DBA from Harvard University as well as an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan. He also studied Liberal Arts at Williams College with a concentration in Mathematics.

Enrique Ogliastri

Emeritus professor at INCAE in Costa Rica and professor at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He was a research professor at the Universidad de los Andes and at Harvard University; he has also been a visiting professor in Japan, France and Spain. He studied Industrial Engineering at the Industrial University of Santander (Colombia), has an MBA in Business Administration at IESE in Barcelona, ​​MS in Social Psychology and Ph. D. in Organizational Theory at Northwestern University (USA).

William D. Selva

INCAE Professor Emeritus Guillermo Selva Tapia holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds two degrees from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, a Master of Electromechanical Engineering (MScEE) and a Master of Industrial and Systems Engineering (MScISE). He is a graduate of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico, where he obtained his electrical engineering degree, and is a member of the Alpha Pi Mu Industrial Engineering Honor Society.
