Michele Quintano is Professor and Dean of Academic Programs at INCAE Business School. He has a PhD in Management Sciences from the ESADE Business School-Universidad Ramón Llull-Spain. He holds a Master's Degree in International Management from CEMS. He graduated in Business Administration, Università Commerciale “Luigi Bocconi”-Italy.
He is a Visiting Professor of the Marketing Department of ESADE Business School. He was associate dean of the Executive MBAs at ESADE Business School, in addition to having held other management and academic leadership positions in the Executive Education Unit of the same School.
He has been Professor of Business Management and Marketing at the University of Naples “Parthenope”, Professor of International Marketing at the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and Visiting Professor at the Wirtschaftuniversität in Wien.

He is Dean of Academic Programs and Associate Professor at INCAE Business School.
At ESADE Business School (Spain) in the period 2002-2022 he has covered different positions of management responsibility in Executive Education.
He has been Associate Dean of the Executive MBA Programs, managing different MBA Programs for senior participants.
In the Executive Education unit he has been Interim Director of the same and Executive Director of the Open Enrollment Programs. He has also held several Academic Management positions in different School Programs, including the Executive MBA, the Corporate MBA and the Master in Marketing and Sales Management.
At ESADE Business School he continues to be Visiting Professor of the Marketing Department. He has been an Ordinary Professor at the Università di Napoli Parthenope (Italy) for 14 years. He has taught Marketing, Retailing and Business Management classes.
He has also served as Director of the University's Management Degrees for two years. He can count on other academic experiences at the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli – LUISS in Rome (Italy), where for five years he has been in charge of the subject of International Marketing in the MSc in International Management, in addition to the Wirtschaft Universität from Vienna (Austria).
