Biography

Luis Rivera is an economist with experience working in international economics, project evaluation, sustainable development, and business economics in several countries in the region. He has been a consultant for INCAE Business School, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and other national and international organizations. He has publications on topics such as international trade, agricultural policies, climate change, and international competitiveness.
