Biography

Emeritus professor José Exprúa taught Marketing courses in INCAE Business School's Master's Programs. He has accumulated more than fifteen years of teaching experience in Latin America and the United States. He has lectured at more than 200 seminars, workshops, and conferences in the United States, Central, and South America. Previously, he held administrative positions within INCAE such as Secretary General, Director of Masters and Dean.

He has international experience as a consultant in companies and institutions in Central America, Panama, Brazil, Ecuador and Paraguay. He has worked in the areas of: strategic planning, change processes, quality improvement, customer service, design, formulation and implementation of competitive strategies to develop brand value.

He has been a guest speaker for competitive strategic planning at Zeneca Sao Paulo, Brazil; Grupo Financiero Delta, Panama; Mexico Express, Los Angeles, USA, as well as other invitations at Monsanto, Costa Rica, Carrier from Mexico, Kellogg's from Guatemala, Grupo Noboa from Ecuador, British-American Tobbaco from Costa Rica.
