Biography

Prof. Martínez is an experienced coach who has seen and felt the substantial impact that energizing and inspiring coaching conversations generate. Applying the Boyatzis model of intentional changes (ICT), his approach is positive and appreciative, looking for ways to help others identify and find their ideal self.

He has taught undergraduate and MBA level courses at Case Western Reserve University, in addition to facilitating coaching and leadership workshops. He is currently Assistant Professor at INCAE, where he teaches courses in Human Resources Management.

Prof. Martínez has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from INCAE Business School.
