Graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona. MBA from Esade Business School. His professional career has been developed in the field of HR Management and People and Change Consulting in different countries, organizations and sectors. He is a professor in the Department of People Management & Organization at Esade Business School, visiting professor at Incae Business School, honorary professor at the Catholic University (Argentina).
Fancisco Loscos is also co-author, together with Professor Jaap Boonstra, of the book "Change as a game of strategic interaction", in which an innovative and disruptive vision of organizational transformation is proposed. He is the author of different articles related to strategic change management.
In addition, he is a consultant and advisor to companies on strategic projects related to leadership, talent, and change, and is a regular speaker at different forums related to transformation strategies and people. He has been an advisor to different governments on labor market matters and has worked on different organizational development and managerial development projects in twenty countries.
