Conrado Sebastian Cuevas

He is an Assistant Professor at INCAE and has a PhD in Economics from the University of Warwick. His research focuses on economic theory and financial economics. Conrado teaches Industrial Organization and International Finance.

Florian M. Federspiel

He is an Assistant Professor at INCAE Business School where he focuses on Management Decision Sciences. He earned his PhD in Management Decision Sciences from IE Business School and an MSc. in International Management from the same school. He is also an Adjunct Professor in the area of ​​Operations and Technology at IE Business School, and a member of the Decision Analysis Society (INFORMS).

Carla Fernandez Corrales

Professor Carla Fernández Corrales obtained her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In addition, she completed undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering and obtained with honors an Academic Master's Degree in Computing, both from the University of Costa Rica. She was awarded a Fulbright scholarship from the Department of State of the United States of America.

Elena Fumagalli

She is Assistant Professor of Marketing at INCAE Business School. She earned a Ph.D. in Marketing, at HEC Paris, France and an M.Sc. in Marketing Management from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Milan, Italy, where she graduated summa cum Laude. 

Margaret Rose Grigsby

She is a professor of Leadership and Marketing. She has a postgraduate degree in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, Washington DC. She obtained her MBA from INCAE Business School and graduated with a double major in Social and Organizational Psychology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She presides over her company Brainpower Latin America, from which she is an Executive Coach for Senior Leaders, a speaker on Leadership and Female Leadership and a consultant in brand strategy and expert in personal branding. 

Camelia Ilie

Camelia Ilie is an entrepreneurial leader, advisor and professor with more than 25 years of experience in value creation, strategy, innovation and profit and loss management in organizations in Europe, Latin America and the US. She is Dean of Strategy and Institutional Affairs, Chair of the Leadership Center and Professor at INCAE, a leading business school in Latin America. Over the last decade, together with an excellent team of leaders, she transformed Executive Education's business model to position it in the Top 25 of the Financial Times global ranking. In addition, they created an online education start-up, in alliance with Emeritus, a world leader in educational technology. Up to more than 6,500 participants from more than 15 countries studied annually in the areas she has led.

Urs P. Jäger

Associate Professor at INCAE Business School. He holds a PhD in Strategic Change Management (Habilitation / tenured) from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), a PhD in Leadership and Business Ethics from the University of St.Gallen (HSG), and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen (HSG). He has oriented his work towards the area of ​​General Management and Strategic Change in emerging countries with a focus on the inclusion of formal and informal markets, creating concepts based on the philosophy of processes, to generate a sustainable economic and social impact.

Maurice Jenkins

He is a Full Professor at INCAE Business School where he teaches courses in the areas of finance and international business. He earned a Ph.D. with a specialty in International Economics and Finance, and a Master's in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. In addition, he obtained a Master of Business Administration with distinction from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.

Niels Ketelhohn

He is a Full Professor at INCAE Business School, where he teaches about Strategy and Competitiveness. He earned his PhD at Harvard, where his research was supervised by Prof. Michael E. Porter. He has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica. He is an associate researcher at the Strategy and Competitiveness Institute at Harvard Business School, and has been an adjunct professor at Tufts University in Boston.

Bernard Killian

He is Dean of Faculty and Research at INCAE Business School, where he also teaches courses in the areas of Microeconomics and Operations Management as a full professor. A native of Germany, he earned a doctorate in Environmental Resource Economics and a master's degree in Agricultural Sciences with an emphasis in Economics, both from the University of Hohenheim, Germany.
