    Camelia Ilie is Dean of Executive Education and Strategic Innovation, Full Professor and Chair of the Leadership Center for Inclusive and Sustainable Leadership (CELIS) ​​of INCAE, a leading business school in Latin America. Dr. Ilie leads the digital transformation at the institution through INCAE Online, an initiative designed and launched in partnership with Emeritus, a leading global player in EdTech. Currently, more than 7.000 students are trained each year in the areas under her direction.

    She serves as a member of several international boards, such as Chair of the External Advisory Council of the Institute for Advanced Studies of the University of Miami, Member of the Advisory Council for Latin America of the AACSB, Editorial Committee of LID Latin America, and Faculty Affiliate in the Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration of the Maxwell School of Syracuse University.

Juan Carlos Barahona, Ph.D. (MIT)

Juan Carlos Barahona is an associate professor of technology and innovation management at INCAE, the leading business school in Latin America, where he also serves as the academic director of executive master's degrees in marketing and digital transformation.

Esteban R. Brenes

He specializes in the areas of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and was Dean of INCAE Business School from 2001 to 2007. He currently leads the Steve Aronson Chair of Strategy and Agribusiness and is the Academic Director of the Executive MBA (EMBA) and the Senior Management Program.

Silke Verena Bucher

Assistant Professor with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Leadership. He obtained his Ph.D. in Organizational Change from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He completed his post-doctorate in the Chair of Strategic Management in Pluralistic Environments at HEC Montréal, Canada.

Arnold Camacho

Got a Ph.D. in Finance and Development, and an MA in International Economics from Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering of the Costa Rica university, with Graduation of Honor.

He is a Full Professor at INCAE Business School, in the area of ​​Currency, Banking and Finance, Financial Institutions and Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Evaluation and Risk Management.

It also has the Stock Operator License in the Variable Income Market, Options and Futures Market, and the Clearing House of the Madrid Stock Exchange, Spain, granted by the Instituto de Bolsa y Mercados Españoles (BME).

Maria Elena Carballo

Professor María Elena Carballo, a native of Costa Rica, obtained a doctorate in Literary Studies and a master's degree, both from Brandeis University, in the United States. His doctoral thesis was on "The Autumn of the Patriarch" by García Márquez, and the Spanish-American novel of the dictatorship.

Luciano Ciravegna

Luciano Ciravegna holds an M.Phil. from the University of Oxford, and a Ph.D. from London School of Economics. As a professor at the Institution, he teaches courses in the areas of Politics, International Business, Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness.

Susan A Clancy

Susan Clancy - Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Harvard University - uses her applied research background to help individuals maximize their leadership potential and organizations respond to human problems with effective policies, products, and services. 

As a professor at INCAE, she teaches courses in leadership, gender diversity, team processes, ethics / anti-corruption, and influence techniques.

Luis Emilio Cuenca Botey

Assistant Professor in the area of ​​Accounting and Control. At INCAE he teaches courses on managerial accounting, managerial control, and fraud and corruption prevention. He obtained his Ph.D. in Management Sciences with an emphasis in Control at HEC PARIS. He is also an MSC in Comparative Development Studies from the Paris School of Higher Studies in Social Sciences (EHESS).
