The Support Program for the Improvement of Public Procurement Systems in the Northern Triangle Countries (TEAM-NT Program) is facilitated by INCAE Business School with the financial support of USAID from the people of the United States of America, and has the general objective of strengthening the effectiveness, efficiency and transparency of public procurement systems in the Northern Triangle countries (El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras), by defining and implementing a shared agenda of priorities between the public sector, the private sector, academy and relevant civil organizations.
