  • Robert Artavia

    President of the Board of Directors of INCAE

    President of VIVA Trust and Fundación Latinoamérica Posible. He was Rector of INCAE Business School, as well as Founder-Director of the Latin American Center for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development.

    He is President of the Board of Directors of INCAE, of the Board of Directors of the World Resources Institute in Washington, co-founder of the Digital Strategy Project of Costa Rica and member of the Competitiveness Commission of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce.

    He has a doctorate from the Harvard University Business School, has a master's degree from INCAE and is a mechanical-naval engineer. He is the author of several books and dozens of articles and case studies on sustainable development, business strategy, nonprofit strategy, agribusiness, and corporate social responsibility. 

  • Maria Eugenia Brizuela

    Director of the Board of Directors of INCAE

    Central American born in El Salvador, she has a degree in Legal Sciences from the Dr. José Matías Delgado University, a Master's in Business Administration from INCAE and a Postgraduate Degree in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge. He studied French in Switzerland and French civilization studies at the Sorbonne, Paris.

    Her career in the public sector as Minister of Foreign Affairs (1999-2004) stands out. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Salvadoran Social Security Institute in 1994 and of the Social Investment Fund in 1995, as well as the Quality Council and the Literacy Triennium.

    In the private sector, it is important to highlight her active participation for 6 years as a Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Salvadoreño (1993-1999), the first woman President of an insurance company when leading the Board of Directors of Internacional de Seguros (1996-1999 ). On August 11, 2004, she assumed the Presidency of Banco Salvadoreño, becoming the first female President in Private Banking in the country. As of December 2006, being part of HSBC, she is ratified in her functions as Executive President of the institution. In 2007, she assumed the challenge of introducing a new direction in Latin America as Regional Director of Corporate Sustainability at HSBC. Today he is a member of various Boards such as the Stock Exchange, Davivienda El Salvador and Davivienda Honduras.

  • Allan fisher

    Academic Director of EMERITUS

    Allan Fisher is a higher education consultant, executive, and entrepreneur. He currently serves as Senior Director, Academics for Emeritus, a global online enablement company working with elite universities in the United States and Europe. Previously he worked with Laureate International Universities, a network of 75 institutions and one million students, in responsibilities that combine academic roles and business experience: SVP Student Success, Academic Director for Australia, Asia and the Middle East, Vice Chancellor of INTI International University in Malaysia, and SVP for Product Strategy & Development. In these positions, he boosted retention and career. results across the network, led the growth of program portfolios and product development capabilities for Laureate's online businesses, led online corporate strategy efforts, and worked with campus-based institutions to enhance their strategies academics, program portfolios, and leadership. He worked in Baltimore, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore.

    Entrepreneur, Counselor and President of the IE Business School Luxury Observatory

    Promoter and executive director of the Premium and Prestige Market Observatory at IE Business School.
    She teaches the elective course “Fashion, Luxury and Creative Venture Entrepreneurship” for IE IMBA students, and is a mentor for IE's International Mentoring program, as well as a member of the IE University Advisory Board. He has more than 18 years of experience in the luxury industry. He has had executive responsibility in this sector, in addition to successfully advising luxury companies in their strategic development and in the construction of their brands. In 2010 she founded Megamcapital, and has been President of the French brand Le Chameau. She led the purchase (MBI) of Carrera y Carrera, in 1999, and was CEO of this company until 2006. She has a degree in Industrial Engineering from ICAI, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the International Board of Oceana, an environmental organization dedicated to the conservation of the sea, and a member of the European Council of the Young Presidents Organization, of the Center for the Study of Sustainable Luxury and of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation for Diversity. She is the author of "Luxury Secrets" (2009) and director and co-author of the "Dictionary of Luxury and Responsibility", has written the foreword to the report "Uplifting the earth" on the jewelry industry. She was awarded as the best female Executive in Spain in 2004.

    Director, Institute for Advanced Study of the Americas

    Doctor in Economics from Harvard University. She is director of the Institute of the Americas in Miami and professor at the Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, in
    the University of Miami. She is also a research professor at the National Institute of Public Health and, principal economist and director of the Universality and Competitiveness in Health program at the Mexican Foundation for Health.

    His work has been recognized in The Lancet, Science, WHO Bulletin, Newsweek en Español, and Cancer Today. She also chairs the Latin American Union Against Women's Cancer (2016-2017).

  • Krista Wallochik

    Founder and Partner, Talengo

    She joined Talengo (then Norman Broadbent) to found the company in Spain, being General Director and Director. In 2004, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer and a year later CEO of the company globally, as well as Director of the listed group to which the company belonged at the time. In 2007, he led the Management Buy-out of the business in Iberia and Latin America, being President of the firm that today is known as Talengo.

    Krista specializes in the search for senior executives and Directors within the Services, Industry, Construction and Infrastructure sectors both in Iberia and in Latin America.

    She is world president of the Association of the best global Headhunters, AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants based in New York), an organization to which she has belonged since 2010.

    Krista has a BA in Spanish Philology from The George Washington University (Washington DC), a Master of Arts from Middlebury College (Vermont), a Master in Business Administration, Organizational Development Specialty, from the University of Maryland, a Master Coach accredited by AECOP and a Coach of Senior Managers from the Institute of Human Development (UK).

    Krista, is recognized by various media and international organizations as one of the 100 most important businesswomen in Latin America. He is a regular speaker on Leadership and Corporate Governance topics.

  • Rose wang

    Serial Tech Entrepreneur, CEO & Corporate Director

    Rose Wang is a serial technology entrepreneur. She is the founder of Binary Group, an IT consulting firm that provides business solutions. He spearheaded the company's growth in a highly competitive market and built a multidisciplinary team of experienced industry leaders and former government representatives. Fortune recognized her in 2013 as one of the "Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs" that year. In its 18-year history, the company was recognized many times for the exceptional results delivered to its clients, in 2015 and 2016, it sold the firm in successive transactions. She is highly respected as an IT strategist and businesswoman. Early in his career, he was a key member of the engineering team at Lighthouse Design, a Silicon Valley software company that built tools for developers and end users. After a successful acquisition of Lighthouse by Sun Microsystems he launched a boutique consultancy, Rent-A-CTO, securing contracts with Fortune 500 companies, including MCI, Fannie Mae, and Sprint. She joined the new company backed by the InLine Software company as Chief Architect, a leader in enterprise software product development. She also founded an online women's business community, iBizWomen.com. It is a leading leader in innovation, management consulting, strategic marketing, business development, business scaling, and public procurement policies. She is an Entrepreneur in residence at George Washington University. She has served as a two-term member of the National Women's Business Council, a nonpartisan federal advisory council created to serve as an independent source of advice to the President, Congress, and the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). , on economic issues of importance to women entrepreneurs. She also serves as a trustee of Excelsior College. He has two international MBAs from Georgetown University and ESADE (Spain) respectively and a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Houston.

    Tina Nabatchi is the Joseph A. Strasser Professor of Public Administration and Professor of Public Administration and International Affairs at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, where she also serves as the Director of the Program for Advancing Research on Conflicts and collaboration (PARCC). An elected member of the National Academy of Public Administration, Dr. Nabatchi's research focuses on collaborative governance, citizen participation, conflict resolution, and challenges in public administration. Dr. Nabatchi has won several university, national and international awards for her research and teaching work. He has a BA from American University, an MPA from the University of Vermont, and a Ph.D. from Indiana University.
