Teaching

We promote the training of socially responsible leaders, we do this through the innovative methodology of teaching live cases.

Live cases allow the creation of a learning space attached to the reality of business, in which the analysis of problems is promoted for decision-making and the construction of arguments and alternatives for action. They are carried out in a session of two to three hours, in which a leader is invited to participate, who presents a real problem or situation that he has or has had to face in his organization, with the aim that students can ask questions and thus elaborate their recommendations for decision-making. Live cases are ideal for working on issues of decision-making, strategy, organizational change, leadership, marketing and communication. Additionally, they aim to motivate and persuade MBA students to make a social contribution from the beginning of their careers.

Our method

In this video, Harry Strachan explains how the living cases came about and the methodology to carry them out. Among the key elements mentioned are the choice of the person invited, the specific situation or challenge for that person, the identification of the key decisions and finally, the essential data for the case to fulfill its objective.
