Management Consulting Project (MCP)
The CCMs promoted and sponsored by the Strachan Chair are characterized by putting students in contact with Civil Society Organizations that generate a positive impact in the Central American region.
Live Cases
Live cases are a learning space attached to the reality of business. During the live case, a leader asks the participants what decisions to make to solve the main problems facing their organization. With the information provided to the participants, they should create their arguments and recommendations. At the end of the session, the protagonist shares with the audience what decisions he made and why.
Research
We carry out research with the purpose of generating knowledge related to the topic of philanthropy and social investment. These investigations have identified the reasons why Central American philanthropists have become involved in social causes, the role of INCAE in promoting philanthropic behavior in its students, as well as the latest trends in ways of doing philanthropy.
