Extensive experience in hospital supervision, monitoring and evaluation, as well as financial implementation of the Hospital Care and Management Model in Guatemala. Member of the start-up commission of the General Hospital of Villa Nueva of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance, implementing the administrative and financial processes, definition of the human resource staff, equipping all the administrative and care areas of the Hospital, acquisition of supplies, services, among others.
