53 young people from 10 countries enter the INCAE MBA

This September 22 they joined the Incaista community 53 students of the a 2023 generation, at the Walter Kissling Range Campus.

On this occasion we are happy to share that the 47% consist of of and average age is 28,7 years, aged between less than 25 and more than 30 years. 

The young people who will live the INCAE experience during 15 months They come from: Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Peru, the latter being the country with the highest representation of students.

The students of this generation have degrees in different areas such as: Administration, Agribusiness, Art and Literature, Accounting and Finance, Law, Engineering, Operations and Logistics, Advertising and Marketing, and Telecommunications, mainly.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program makes it easier for students with less managerial experience to focus their studies on specific objectives and enhance their knowledge in areas of particular interest.

Students develop teamwork skills to face challenging opportunities and situations in their communities. The purpose of this program is for the student to focus their studies on a specific area, according to their needs: Sustainability, Marketing, Operations & Technology, Finance & Economics or Entrepreneurship.

In addition, it offers them the possibility of carrying out regional exchanges to learn from the reality of other regions, broadening their vision of the world and, on many occasions, allowing them to establish global contacts.

The MBA is a world-class intensive face-to-face program. It is taught mainly in Spanish with the possibility of taking some electives in English. It lasts 15 months at the Costa Rica campus and a Management Consulting Project (MCP - "Management Consulting Project").
