Last Friday, April 29, regarding the return of a certain face-to-face presence at the offices, the Administration & Finance Department and its various departments promoted, as an integration activity for its collaborators, the participation in painting a first coat of paint on the swimming pool in the Walter Kissling Gam Campus.

This activity had the participation of 25 collaborators, from all areas, who in the record time of 1:20 h, managed to paint the entire pool.

It was a very interesting event for everyone, in which the skills of management, teamwork, communication, empathy and a sense of permanence emerged naturally among the participants.

The colleagues also commented on how nice it was to meet again after so long without seeing each other, mainly those who had been telecommuting for the last 2 years, and also meeting in person those who came to work with us during that time, and with whom they had not had the opportunity to share.

The activity was directed by Erson Cruz, from the Campus and Hospitality Department, and with the support and guidance of colleagues from the Maintenance area, who gladly taught us how to paint in the best way, kept the paint buckets full, and They supported so that the activity came out in the best way.

In a note, Erson thanked "to all the technical staff in the maintenance area who helped with the previous preparation of the pool so that it was ready for painting, to the colleagues in procurement and finance who helped us with the approvals and contact with suppliers so that the materials were on time, to the campus team, especially Don Eduardo and Natalia who helped me with the coordination and elaboration of the infographic, this was a job from many areas, he also thanked all the participants for their willingness to work and finish in record time".

Erika Bernal, Director of Administration & Finance, also thanked Erson for his leadership and the support of the Campus team for such a wonderful experience. excellent idea and organization! He added.

It was a common note to hear all the participants comment on how much fun they had. Three teams were formed with personnel from different areas, who quickly organized themselves, working in order and harmony. The materials were supplied in order and enough for everyone.

During the month of May, the colleagues from the Maintenance Department concluded the pending painting, added the isotype of the institutional logo (the "hexagon") in the middle of the pool, and proceeded to fill it.

You did an excellent job. Congratulations!

Ready to use!

We hope that later on activities of this type can continue to be carried out, and in which the participation of all colleagues will also increase.
