While some wait to have more clarity about their future to act, others take advantage of the time to create alternatives that allow them to survive the great change in the landscape that we face today. Now more than ever, many organizations realize that they will only survive if they innovate and transform their traditional business models.

What does this mean for an executive? They will undoubtedly have to reinforce their skills to take on unknown challenges. Yesterday's capabilities will have to be renewed to enhance its performance today. Only in this way can they be consolidated as strategic pieces within their companies. According to the Boston Consulting Group, the skills needed to face this year of transformation are:

These skills will enhance more than one executive career and also the organizations that value this. They will also have a great impact on the results they generate for the companies in which they work. Professor Carla Fernández, Ph.D. in Business Administration, he emphasizes in one of his articles "... reinventing oneself not only represents a necessity to survive in a changing world, it is a great opportunity to discover ourselves and prove that it is always possible to go further."
