Dear graduates, friends and allies,

With the safety of our students, teachers and collaborators our highest priority, we have created preventive measures that we have implemented in the face of the growing spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus. That is why we want to communicate to you the measures taken to guarantee the well-being of our community:

Students

For the next several weeks, executive master's classes that require their students to travel outside of their countries will be taken online.
Likewise, all the international modules of the executive master's degrees scheduled in the following weeks will be carried out online.
Ongoing MBA students will continue to receive classes and minimize their exits from campus. Additionally, they will take classes even during the Easter holidays, to avoid leaving and entering the country and thus providing a safe environment for those on campus.
Students who start their program or return to campus will be medically examined as soon as they return to campus and in each case it will be defined if it is necessary for the student to remain in isolation and receive their classes online.
All of these students are being provided with the right conditions for a safe environment during the course of their program.

Collaborators and Faculty

As of Monday, March 16, a good part of our collaborators will work from home.
We have recommended and asked INCAE faculty members not to travel until further notice. Your health and safety are being veiled in our efforts to prevent the spread of the virus.
Those who are working from campus will be provided with the appropriate conditions to carry out their work in a safe environment.

Events

Events, conferences and other meetings scheduled in risk areas have been canceled, modified or are currently under review. We will be communicating any changes in advance.
We appreciate the support of the entire community in preventing the spread of the virus. Rest assured that the institution is taking the handling of this complex situation seriously. We will continue to monitor the situation to adjust our measurements accordingly.

We hope everyone is safe in this situation and we invite you to follow the Situation Reports of the Disease by COVID-2019 (Coronavirus disease (COVID-2019) situation reports) and other trusted sources to implement the correct prevention measures and actions.

I send you an affectionate greeting,

Enrique Bolanos
