New master's degree welcomes 40 students to the INCAE campus in Nicaragua

Managua. This week, 40 professionals from Nicaragua, Venezuela and Costa Rica began to live the experience of the Executive Master in Management (EMIM) from INCAE.  

"This new executive master's degree is designed to provide the necessary tools to face periods of change and lead teams towards extraordinary results, in different situations," said the Professor Eduardo Luis Montiel, Academic Director of the program.

The beginning of this master's degree marks the return to operations of the Francisco de Sola Campus, in Managua, which, although it did not receive students in recent months, was the headquarters of the National Dialogue between the Government of Nicaragua and the Civic Alliance for Justice and Democracy.

The EMIM group It is made up of 14 women and 26 men, all professionals from the private sector, including CEOs, Directors, Managers, entrepreneurs, coordinators and analysts.

The EMIM format will consist of 9 weeks of face-to-face classes and an online module in a 9-month period in which topics such as Critical Thinking, Communication and Ethics, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Digital Competences, Crisis Management and Predictive Analytics. The online sessions will be taught by the Autonomous University of Barcelona and some will be developed by INCAE itself. 

The academic program is made up of the INCAE Faculty - professors trained at the doctoral level in the best universities in the world - and complemented by entrepreneurs and experts from the region. Among them are teachers with great experience at INCAE and international recognition as Alberto Trejos, Julio Sergio Ramírez, Felipe Pérez, Roberto Mendoza, Niels Ketelhohn, Carlos Quintanilla, Arnoldo Rodriguez, Eduardo Luis Montiel, Nicolás Marín, José Exprúa, Arturo Cruz, Maria Elena Carballo, Guillermo Selva, Luis Noel Alfaro y Octavio Martinez.

The new Executive Master in Management joins the part-time master's portfolio offered by INCAE, which includes the Executive MBA # 1 in Latin America and specialized master's degrees in Business Analytics, Operations and Technology, Finance, y Marketing and Digital Transformation, all taught in collaboration with prestigious business schools in the US, Europe and Asia.
