October, the PAG broadens horizons in South America
On October 5, our renowned Senior Management Program - PAG He arrived in Peru for the second time in his long career, taking 35 professionals from the region to the capital of that important South American country.
Under the direction of Professor Esteban Brenes, students from 9 countries began the journey to acquire the managerial competencies that every senior executive needs in today's dynamic and changing world.
As a highlight in the editions of the PAG this year, INCAE has emphasized the importance of the exchange of experiences and networking among professionals in the region. To do this, in March 2018, the students who started the program in Lima will join the cohort in Costa Rica that will start the PAG in Medellín on November 13. In this way, the exchange between the most outstanding of the Latin American business world will be maximized, under the supervision and tutelage of our professors. It is, as can be seen, a truly regional PAG.
Intense work with our allies
Firm in our commitment to provide Human Resources professionals with a broad managerial vision that allows them to transform their departments and units into key allies of senior management, we celebrate a new edition of the Senior Management Program for Human Resources.
On October 9, 23 professionals began the 3-module journey that will end in September 2018 with obtaining a double certification, thanks to the alliance we have with Georgetown University.
Also with Georgetown University, this month we had the graduation of the Executive Program in Public Administration, in which 15 senior executives of the public administration of Latin America obtained the double certification. In this way, INCAE contributes to the creation of an increasingly modern and efficient public function, with a unique program in the region.
Finally, the program Construction Management Specialization had its second module in Panama City. In conjunction with McCombs School of Business (University of Texas at Austin), 30 participants continued their 3-module journey to gain a systemic and strategic vision of the construction industry. In January 2018, in San José, students will close the program and receive dual certification.
As another highlight, the second edition of our program High Impact Communication It had a record participation with 47 students, who, from the hands of professors Patricia Cauqui and Julián Reyes, obtained the tools to improve their persuasive skills and leadership skills.
October served to prepare our campus to receive students from Global Executive MBA (GEMBA), the exclusive executive master's degree in which INCAE collaborates with Georgetown University and ESADE Business School. In our next note we will share the details of this important visit.
