MBA Scholarships Report 2020 I
Annual Report 2019
It is a pleasure to present you the 2019 Annual Report of INCAE Business School in which we share the details of the contributions received during the year, which allow us to advance in the fulfillment of our mission through education, research and the promotion of dialogue in Latin America.
Scholarships
The brightest minds
A scholarship at INCAE represents the opportunity to contribute directly and deeply to the advancement of the region by giving more young people the opportunity to become the committed and responsible leaders that Latin America increasingly requires. Low family income and high financing interest rates make it difficult for candidates to commit to the financial burden of earning an MBA despite being accepted into this leading school in Latin America.
Thanks to donors of scholarship and funding funds, INCAE has been able to attract and retain the best talent in the region. The scholarships have also attracted candidates who create value and diversity in the classroom and culture at INCAE. In 2019, awarded the Country Scholarship to seven talented students who, thanks to the generosity of the Incaista community, were able to enter INCAE's MBA.

Research and Impact
Creating impact through our centers
INCAE's mission is to be an institution that actively promotes the integral development of the countries where it serves through its Impact Centers: the Latin American Center for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development (CLACDS); the Center for Collaborative and Women's Leadership (CLCM); and the Latin American Center for Entrepreneurs.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, US $ 577 thousand will be allocated to INCAE's impact centers, which address priority issues in the region such as Social Progress, Competitiveness, Ethics and Transparency, Entrepreneurship & Female Leadership.
Infrastructure
Infrastructure
It is vital to keep the campuses in the best conditions to provide the best learning and leisure environment for the hundreds of students and executives who participate in the different programs that INCAE offers every year. Thanks to the generosity of our donors such as the American Schools and Hospitals Abroad, USAID / ASHA, three residential houses will be renovated in the Francisco de Sola Campus, offering an eco-efficient design, with greater security, greater accessibility and better equipped to satisfy the modern needs of students and compete in the global MBA market.
The campaign to build the Universal Chapel was also started with the purpose of having a meditation space on the Walter Kissling Gam Campus and there was a contribution to the remodeling of the South Group Classroom. The contribution of the Alberto Motta Foundation will allow the remodeling of an executive house and the MAE XI and MAE XXVII classes have led the collection for the remodeling of two houses on this same Campus, thus leaving their legacy in their Alma Mater.
