What are the Library hours?

The WKG Campus Library (Costa Rica) It is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (User service from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.). Saturdays from 08:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m.

How many printed books does the Library have?

Within the physical catalog of the Library there are around 12 thousand printed books.

How many books can I borrow?

Students and administrative staff have the right to request a maximum of 10 books on loan.

How many digital resources does the Library have?

The INCAE library has around one million digital resources, including books, newspapers, scientific magazines, videos, among other resources.

Can WKG users borrow books from the other campus and vice versa?

Yes you can. Shipping takes about a week, depending on inter-campus travelers.

Do users require a card to lend books?

No license is issued. However, the Library System updates the System with registrations and deletions and identifies its users through a database.

For how long are the materials loaned?

They are lent for 30 days, renewable for a similar period, if there is no other user who wants to lend them.

Except for reference books and books that teachers put in reserve, these are loaned for a limited period of time.

Can I borrow books from libraries at home?

Yes, you can read them in the reading room and / or take them home on loan.

Do Libraries have cases that students can lend to consult?

The Library System manages the INCAE case collection, these are not loaned to students. You are given a "Sample" when they are taking a specific course and if the teacher authorizes it.
